Yes, Our franchise system can help you in all areas of running your business. Your experience will be an asset as you develop your franchise.
How much control will I have over my business?
As the franchisor, we are here to support you as you grow your new business. We are not going to try to control you or your business. The entrepreneurial spirit and business experience of each franchise owner is an important factor in the overall success of our franchise organization.
Is this a good business for an off-site owner or someone with a full-time job?
It is possible to dovetail into full-time as you transition from your full-time job, but you will eventually want to run your As You Wish Franchise full-time to maximize your investment. Absentee ownership doesn't work for our model.
Do you offer protected territories?
Yes. This is a significant benefit to our franchise. Many franchises do not award exclusive territories and open multiple franchises in the same area, which can create competition between franchisees. As You Wish offers exclusive protected territories, so we will not open other franchises or company owned offices within your territory. This also gives you a far more valuable business if you decide to sell in the future.
What skills are necessary to run a successful personal assistant business?

The As You Wish franchise model is very scalable. You can start with maximizing your territory by adding and training more staff members to fully serve your existing territory. You can then add additional nearby territories to expand your business portfolio.
